One-On-One Coaching

When the source of conflict is a key executive, manager, physician, or other high-ranking professional, a 3rd party neutral with professional credentials and experience in conflict management, is in a better position to provide one-on-one counseling.

Too often, personal relationships, inexperience, or the dynamics of power imbalance, make it impossible for HR staff, Board Members or outside legal counsel to accomplish this work.

  • Counseling services for non-compliant or disruptive executives, managers, employees and physicians
  • Individual coaching on fair employment practices and/or conflict management techniques
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and follow up as required
