Collaborative Options offers a number of state-of-the-art training courses designed to prevent or resolve conflict.

From Behavioral Selection Interviewing to Workplace Investigations – the goal is to provide organizations with the knowledge, skills and competencies to manage conflict, resolve disputes and build relationships. Most courses are adaptable to a client’s interests, needs and schedule.

For HR professionals and legal counsel, Collaborative Options offers the Workplace Mediation course as a 40-hour program that meets the “40 Hours of Basic Mediation Training” requirements for Certification as a Mediator in the State of Texas. Where appropriate, certification is sought for continuing legal education and SHRM recertification.
